12th Night!!

Tradition has it that you have to take all your decorations down by 12th night, which was last night (i think)- otherwise you get bad luck for the next of the year. HOWEVER I've noticed that Soapboards hasn't done this, and the logo is still xmasified. I'm very suspicious, and so i dont us getting bad luck.

So point one: Have you taken your decorations down?
Point two: Will Soapboards get bad luck?

mine were taken down on tuesday but yesterday i loked on my ceikling and noticed all my tinsel was on it still!! i had completely forgotten it was there!!

Point two: Will Soapboards get bad luck? The tradition is to NOT take them done before the 12th night,which is the 6th Jan,so you should take the down on the 7th and not before, as you will have bad luck.I took mine down yesterday.

Soapboards will not get bad luck as the logo wasn't taken down before the 6th. But should be taken down now.

we had to take ours down about three days after christmas as the cat kept attacking them. Usually we wait till the 6th.

i took mine down the day after new years day! cant stand them up any longer than that. we put them up at the beginning of december and always take them down just after new year as we are not superstitious at all!

Just thought, the sb xmas logo went up late, and NB said it would be up for month, so he's probably keeping it up for the time anyway, as he initally said.
