Coleen McLoughlin has revealed that she dreams of launching a career as an actress.
Wayne Rooney's fiance is tired of reports claiming that she is lazy and a "sponger".
"I've always been ambitious and I've always worked hard," McLoughlin told The Mirror. "I left school at 17 when I was studying for A-Levels because I wasn't enjoying it and wasn't getting the marks I could.
"I left because I wanted to concentrate on acting but then things went up the wall because of all the interest in Wayne and me."
She added, "If I was offered, say, an acting job in London, it's only two hours away on the train - so that would be no problem. Wayne's away a lot anyway so we'd work it out. It's healthy to have a bit of space in a relationship."
