Grant's revenge
Grant Mitchell will return to Albert Square early next year for a sensational showdown with Johnny Allen - which will leave at least one of them dead. "It will be the most bruising confrontration in Walford history," declared a series insider.
"It's odds-on that one man will die, although it's not inconceivable that both will perish. The scripts are still in the early stages, but Grant will be more hero than villain."
Philthy and Grunt Mitchell made a triumphant return to EastEnders last month, blazing back into Walford to engage in a spot of playground bullying - sorry, to rebuild their family's once-mighty business empire - before exchanging raw sexual electricity with Sharon, who they hadn't seen since they both last swapped bodily fluids with her. While Grant disappeared back to Brazil, Phil stayed in Walford to plot against gangster Johnny. But when his plans are uncovered, he calls his bruvver back to help him in one last battle.
"It's going to be a real ratings winner," said the insider hopefully. "No one is going to want to miss this clash of the heavyweights." Ooh, we've gone all weak and wobbly at the thought of it.

Well if one is being left dead and we know that Billy Murray is leaving than i persume that it is johnny who dies!

This sounds great!!! they're both leaving arent they? so it could be either!!! Hope its Grant who wins though- jhonny deseves us as much as grant has got!!!

sounds great and ross kemp said he wouldnt mind if they killed grant off as long as they did it well. This would be a memorable exit for both characters

well there has been a couple of rumours and they were that grant gets killed off and another that grant kills johnny so what is it to be??
Johnny I would think, there's been more rumours that it is him and because the EastEnders crew wouldn't let Johnny come back after he regretted his decision to leave, I think that they would have thought up a storyline in which he dies when he told them about his decision.

I know Ross Kemp said he wouldn't mind Grant being killed off, but I think it would be a real shame. I want Johnny to die, and for them to leave Grant alone. Plus there would be way to many people being murdered. First Dennis, and then Johnny and Grant.
Yeah, Grant is winning them more viewers than Johnny. I perferred Andy to him.

I hope it is Johnny that gets killed off, but why do i get an awful feeling that it will be Grant :crying: I so hope my gut feeling isn't right :crying::searchme:

Grant is only back for a short time with no mention of returning in the future. At this moment in time it could be either of them!

Johnny is just a big baby, throwing out his toys if he doesn't get his own way. Though I will feel sorry for Ruby if he dies - she will have no family left. She'll prob become a Slater.
Well, I won't feel that sorry for her because she gets involved in his downfall. If she was blackmailed into it then I will have more sympathy for her.

Cant wait to see Johnnys downfall. I hate Johnny at the moment and i cant wait for Grant to get back and show Johnny whos boss! :D I think producers are making Johnny into a character we love to hate as he is leaving the show soon. :)

Johnny fan here, although I think Grant's ace as well, looking forward to the storyline if it's true, Albert square won't be the same if Johnny goes.

From my point of view Ruby getting involved with Juley was the reason Johnny went bonkers to begin with ( cos he lost control of his teen age daughter) Dennis and Sharon were just being kind to Ruby during her difficult time,,, Sharon had a "bad boy " dad .. so she just shared what she did when things became difficult with her and Den,, Johnny goes off on Sharon for INTERFERING,,, then Dennis helps her move those boxes to her place with Juley,, just cause some one shows some kindness to his daughter they are a THREAT to old Johnnyboy,,Now that Phils plot is gonna be uncovered.. which involves him paying Juley to shack up with Ruby and get her to move in with him etc,, so YEA Ruby is the reason of Johnnyboys down fall..this is just how I see it,,,:searchme:

BB wasnt Sharon married to Grant a brief while ( saw pix of their wedding ) and she makes whoopiee with Phil,, So I do not really call him her husband,, her ex husband maybe..Sharon and Grant parted as friends just a while back ,, right ??? Even tho they shared a kiss back then I hardly can classify that as him being her lover,,:hmm:
Yeah they married on 26/12/1991 and split following 'Sharongate'.

i think what jodi was trying to say is that what rubys done (ie got together with juley etc) was the start of johnnys downfall as everything hes done (kill dennis etc) has been of result of what rubys done

I think that it maybe Grant, because Ross did say he wouldn't mind if Grant was killed off, plus this really would be a sensational storyline and lead to an even more explosive exit for Johnny Allen.
Yeah, it could do, but I still think that Johnny will be killed by Grant. Maybe Johnny tells someone to kill Grant, he finds out and kills Johnny and then the person kills Grant. Just a thought.
I hope that Grant does kill johnny and that he does a slow and painful death!
