I know this happened a long time a go but I've always wondered how one minute he was a counsellor in the drop in center with Shelley and the next minute he was a doctor. Any explanations?

I'm puzzled by that. Guess I must of missed a couple of episodes. This happened when the new Flynn came in, I think. Maybe new look, new career!!
