i didn't hink it was either and i've tried every option and they all come back saying it's wrong i'm confused :searchme: :confused:

grrrr so close i got 9/10 (DCI), will have to try again now. In my deffence i didnt actually watch th bill in 2002 which is the year the question i got wrong was about
