Ive brougth some games for the Xbox today and i havent even got the console yet! if i dont get one for christmas i will be buying one as soon after as i can...so i just have some questions that i hope you guys could answer

are they any good?

is it worth me buying an x box if a year down the line ill be buying the 360?

can you play dvds?

what extras do i need to buy that dont come with the console?

whats all this about internet playing? how and does it cost?

i have an Xbox and find it quite good and yes you can play DvD's on it.It just depends if you are one of those people who like to buy the latest conselse on whether or not you will buy the 360 me personally i won't as i do not see much point.
all you really need is the xbox and controls but i also have a sterring wheel type thing.
I do not know anything about internet playing sorry.

I play on xbox live a lot. If you like a bit of friendly competition it's great. It's £39.99 for a years subscription, you plug your xbox into your broadband and away you go. You can play against players from all round the world and the best part is you can talk to your team members over a headset whist your playing. Personally i've been playing online for 3 years now and have no intention of canceling my subscription in the near future.

doubt id bother... thats a lot of money to play games! maybe if the games were cheaper in the shops id pay for it but they can forget it!

I buy a lot ex rental....sometimes you can pay as little as £5 for a game
