I think those are the kind of women Ashley goes for, Maxine could be pretty annoying too. But Claire is definetely good for Ashley, she's a great mother to Josh and will be a good one too their baby too. I am also very pleased for them. And I don't think Matt is going to win this war. A happy family or a single man coping on his own. I think I know what the courts would choose. Although him being a doctor would probably help matters. However where has been all years? Ashley's been Joshua's rock.

i'm with you one that he's never contributed any money into bringing up Josh either, and i don't think they ever had a DNA test to prove Joshua was his anyway, really doesn't show much of a commitment!
question: maxine slept with Dr Matt after trying to get pregnant with ashley for ages with no result. did they ever decide that ashsley was infertile or not? becuase if so, how has Claire randomly got pregnant by accident?

I don't think that Ashley was ever told he couldnt have kids, I think that he had a low sperm count so it was more unlikely for him to have a child, BUT he has been getting fitter, and this can have a possitive effect on sperm production.

I think that it is good news that there will be a new baby Peacock :)

Yes she will be to her new baby, and she already is one to Josh. Matt could never make a case for neglect, Claire and Ashley love Josh so much.
