tops with thin straps tend to be best but not too loose

tight ones that sort of cling to you a bit?

how funny I wore pencil skirts back in the late 60's before the mini came out,, how long is the skirt ???mine was just above the knee, wore high heels with it and a nice wrap around mohair sweater... but remember that was back in the 60's... i have several photos of my mom wearing the same type of skirt in the early 40's.. so it is a tried and true style.. its just how u wear it..

try a long sleeved mohair sweater (jumper)with a v neck.. maybe a nice pendant style necklace to dress up the neck,,with a pencil skirt u can wear just about any thing as far as a top goes,,I do not know what age group u are in or where u plan to wear the skirt,, but mind u the pencil skirt does not offer much room to dance in .. so bearing that in mind u might wanna re think wearing it to a club to dance in....just suggestions
