Airing Sunday, 11th December 2005 at 18:50 on ITV1

Terry warns Ashley that he will call the police if Sandy does not emerge from Holdgate Farm soon. Ashley fears his reputation in the village is at stake and resorts to letting Sandy come to live with him. Back in the village the father and son have a heart to heart. What is the dark secret that leaves Ashley unable to forgive his father?

On the phone Chas, who has clearly been told about Carl and Del, informs Carl that she has a new man. Del tries to ignore her feelings for Carl whilst she comforts him, but when he drunkenly makes a pass at her, will she be able to resist the man she loves?

Elsewhere Dawn feels guilty about Scott’s decision to leave and not only offers to let him stay but agrees to keep Danny out of their home until he has had his tag removed. How will Danny take the news?

Airing Monday, 12th December 2005 at 19:00 on ITV1

Carl confronts Del about the events of the night before and despite how he feels about Chas he asks her to make a go of things. Will she settle for being second best?

Meanwhile Ashley tells Laurel he has buried his anger towards his father but continues to find somewhere else for him to live. Jasmine is shocked to find out her grandfather is being kicked out so close to Christmas. Will she be able to change Ashley’s mind?

Airing Tuesday, 13th December 2005 at 19:00 on ITV1

Carl, Del and Pearl spot Chas on a mini bus leaving the barracks and they go in pursuit of her. When the bus finally stops, Carl starts to explain what they are doing when Chas appears. She angrily orders him to leave her alone and before Carl can tell her he loves her she is already back on the bus. After spending the rest of the afternoon lost, Del spots the mini bus once again and insists its fate. Carl disguises himself as a waiter and enters the room where Chas and her troop are guests at a wedding reception. Will he be able to talk her round this time?

Meanwhile, at the Christmas tree switch on, Rodney makes a pompous speech about his contribution to the village, but as Kelly presses the on button, nothing happens. As the crowd get restless a councillor explains to Rodney that he didn't apply for the appropriate licence for the lighting display. Was someone behind this mess?

At the Dingles, Jack bites the bullet and talks to them about the idea of getting Sarah christened. Although Cain puts a dampner on things, Lisa says that she will try and talk him round. Will she convince the rest of the Dingles that a christening is a step forward for Sarah's future?

Airing Wednesday, 14th December 2005 at 19:00 on ITV1

Del visits Chas in hospital and nobly states that despite her best attempts, Carl only has eyes for her. But Chas doesn't want to hear it and an annoyed Del tells her she doesn't deserve a man like Carl and goes to leave. Chas stops her, wanting to know if her and Carl had slept together. Will she tell the truth?

Meanwhile when Adam tentatively raises the subject of counselling an annoyed Steph insists that she doesn't want to discuss her problems with him or anyone else.

Also, Pollard boasts to Val that he has rushed the Christmas light licence through the council eager to rub Rodney's nose in it. Val marvels at Pollard's work and later seizes an opportunity to scoff at Rodney. Rodney vows to Kelly that he will wipe the smile off both of their faces.

Airing Thursday, 15th December 2005 at 19:00 on ITV1

Betty lets Steph into the secret that she is trying to track down Terence as a surprise for Turner. However she is left perplexed when Steph panics and leaves. Alone at the B&B Steph's terror at the thought of coming face to face with her abuser takes over and she hits the bottle. Adam returns home to find Steph drinking vodka, with pills in her hand. Will he be able to help her?

Meanwhile at a christening meeting things quickly descend into a slanging match with rows over Sarah's middle name, christening gown and hymns. Debbie remains silent until she can take no more and leaves. Will Emily be able to talk her into returning?

Elsewhere, Val is up to her devious ways when she happily swaps the pensioners’ expensive wine for custard creams. Rodney looks on suspiciously. Will her be able to catch her out?

Airing Friday, 16th December 2005 at 19:00 on ITV1

Not standing for any talk of abuse, Turner tells Adam that the only reason Steph is anxious about Terence's return is because he will expose her lies. Adam urges Turner that bringing Terence back into the equation will be bad news, however Turner seethes at Adam's impertinence. Will this encourages him to search for Terence?

Meanwhile Debbie is nervous when she returns home to find Cain with Sarah but he lies calmly saying that Emily didn't feel too well. He insists it is not a problem as he wants to be a more hands-on granddad from now on. Wondering what Cain is up to Debbie is unsettled and asks if she can have a night out. He agrees through gritted teeth and is left holding the baby. Does her have an ulterior motive?

Can Val invent a plan to keep herself out of trouble when Rodney reports her scam?

Yeah i know, i love chas and everything but i do feel sorry for Del as she's really fallen for Carl, i cant wait to see her back on our screens!!

Can't wait to see whether Chas finds out that Carl and Del slept together or not!
