It looks like Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's divorce could get nasty after it was revealed the couple didn't sign a pre-nup before their 2002 wedding.
Jessica, who earned a cool $35 million last year alone, looks set to suffer most with Californian divorce laws decreeing that all assets should be split equally when there's no documentation to prove otherwise.
