My windows media player has decided to sort of stop working

I was trying to watch something (which i have watched before on it) and it came up with Error downloading code (didn't catch the end of it)

So all that comes through now is the sound.

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you downloaded the latest version (10) and the codecs for it

Luna remember I had quick time,, now I can't get any of my other little videos to work with any of my other media players :( CATCH 22 !!!!!!!

I tried downloading it again to see if that would override it but nothing happened.

BB also said something about downloading direct x - tried that and it didn't work
