Reality Shows? Fixed or Real???

Does anyone else think some Reality shows are already decided before it comes to a conclusion.. Did you ever scream at the TV cause someone who clearly should not have won a reality show did win? Do you think public votes actually count or are they discarded??

I would like to know your views cause after watching X factor and pop idol I am begining to think public votes don't count..
