Been on TV???

Hi just a little poll to see how many if anyone on the boards have been on TV

yup once for some kids program was at a backstreet boys concert and grant scott was there and asked a bunch of us to go out the back with him and filmed all of us chasing and screaming after him. I think it was live and kicking or something like that

yes I was on an episode of Pop Idol. Will Young came to our school when there was about for episodes of series 1 left. We got shown on pop idol (screaming kids - bit embarrising now!!) and we were also shown on the big screens by the stage at the Pop Idol concert (I know thats not actually Tv but it was the same footage taken at our school that was on TV).

I'm also going to be on TV soon. A one off drama with David Tennent, Claire Gooses and Kate Ashfield called Secret Smile. I'm Ice Skating in the background!

I was on Tv three times this year, it was to do with the new licences for bouncers,as I have worked the west end for 16 years and my sister has worked 20 years doing the same. I was on BBC breakfast,London tonight and Phil Gayles sunday programme, I enjoyed it, was reconised alot when I went to work, also done interview on Radio 1 and Radio 4 and Radio scotland, my sister was on aswell and her film is still on the bbc news web site under door supervisors. The bonus was I got paid for each one :cheer:

I might have been on the Children In Need thing last year because we had a concert here with all the tele cameras but there was about 1000 of us in the audience!

I was an extra in a Phylis Logan drama in the early 80s. I think it was called every picture tells a story. I was in a church congregation singing. The way they filmed it I was sitting in two differnt seats with different bonnets and different people around me at the same time - saves mony I guess!

i have been on tv once around 3 years ago for BBC scotland it was for a Special needs show even though i aint disabled i hapned to be there that day cause i was doing Gardening as part of a course i was doing before i started catering

I'vve been to the lotto (when it used to have live band and things, een though i was, like, 5 years too young :p ) I've been in the observcation rooms of lots of shows, children in need, red nose day, rolf harris live.... but i obvioulsy wsan't shown, so they dont really count

when i was at school in year 7 me and my year had to go to the science museum in london for the weekend with sleeping bags as we were all extras for grange hill at was done at night time so we had to pretend we were asleep we had a great time even low we still had teachers there and no mums and dads so can you imagine a bunch of year 7 kids trying to pretend we were asleep:rotfl: but other then that thats all

ive never been on tv but connor and my mum have. we went for a walk along th seafront and the local news channel were down there something about the ferries so they asked mum and con to sit on the wall and watch the ferries go out! it was only about 30 seconds and was only the back of their heads but for 30 seconds my boy was famous! i have it taped and it is oin his little box!
