Do you have a Santa booked???

Make up little food boxes with a carton of juice, crisps, cheese wrap and any other goodies that you can by already wrapped this eliminates any problems with health and safety and saves time on making sanwiches

Play games such as musical bumps, pass the parcel

pass the parcel rocks!! and musical chairs/bumps :p maybe you could have pin the tail on santa :rolleyes: orrr um oo get a bucket... pout ripped paper in it or something.. put some sweets in it and you could have liike a lucky dip

kids are notoriously blinkered. You could dress in a santa suit yourself but because it's "Santa" they won't look beyond the suit. As long as you give them something to unwrap at the time they'll be hooked

connor may recognise that your dad is Santa as i did when my dad was santa, so can a friend not do it

Definetly get a santa, but make sure that the beard is firmly stuck on, or they might pull it off (very funny for us, but a potential party killer for them! :lol: ), play a few games as people said like pass the parcel etc. If you got some of that synthetic snow and put that EVERYWHERE they'd love it!!

its going to be christmas themed fancy dress adults as well!!

chritmas tree and snowmen sandwhiches some nibbly bits and me and connor are going to makereindeer cookies and rudolph nose cakes

then for games we are going to do pin the nose on rudolph, pass the stocking( a sort of lucky dip game which will include sweets and little pressies) sleeping reindeers and then a good old game of musical chairs to christmas songs!
