View Full Version : The Real Radio Fugitive
Has anyone from Scotland been out looking for him?
Went out on the hunt today but didn't get him :(
(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum wasn't sure where to put it)
Sorry just notice that this should be in the Entertainment forum :wall:
Close, should be under TV and Radio :)
ok, could you move it for me please?
Done already.
I hear about the fugitive on real all the time. Whats the prize on offer?
Thanks
Changes every time he goes out which is about 3 time a day apart from weekends think he goes out once on a saturday. Today has all been £5000 but yesterday it was different like £1936 in the morning and £3000 in the afternoon.
Wow. Lets organise a posse and hunt him!
tried that today without any luck was in Falkirk, Hamilton and Coatbridge -(Turned out he was in Edinburgh for the last one got my clues mixed up.) Going back out tomorrow I WILL catch him at one point.....
Good luck. How many people have actually caught him in the past?
Thanks i'll need it. Only one this time...yesterday spotted him in a broken down car on a brigde. But it has only been going for three days still a whole month to go.
Loads of peaople caught him the last time. Cant wait until friday cause they do a big one were you can win up to £30,000 if you catch him.
30k!:eek::eek: - There's gonna be an army after him!
yup!!! always is even when theres only a £100 bounty on him
What clues do they give you? I never really listen as I'm switching on to the next channel to hear music.
Cryptic mostly - like this afternoon was Think of a heavy Jedi = Hamilton
jedi = Mark hamil from the movies and heavy = ton
Ah, I get it. They just give the general area and no other clues? So you just walk up to people and say: "are you the fugitive?"
He does leave calling cards in shops and other places like that just to show he has been in the area. You have to say "Are you the real radio fugitive?" if you change any of the words or only say part of it he'll say no. You have to ask eveyone you see. But he does dress up i've heard he was in an army suit the other day and was posing as a big issue seller somewhere else, he's a fly one that fugi...
Whats the reaction of people when you ask them that?
They either look at you as if you've just escaped from a hospital of some sorts or they laugh shake their head and ask you if your him
lol - i think I'm gonna have to try it when it starts up here again!
Well he's just been caught again £2000 this time and i'm stuck i work :wall:
When's the 30k one on? Might have to make a special trip to scotland for that one! :)
It's usually every Friday until the end. But it's not guarenteed 30K could only be 20k or 10k you neven know but it is usuall over the 10k mark
I havent got the foggiest what the two of you are talking about :searchme: but it sounds really really interesting can someone please enlighten me ???!!!! xx
It's a radio station game. Go to http://www.jazzfm.com/promotions/mostwanted/scotland/index.asp
Basically all you are doing is running round working out the clues looking for one particular guy who you dont know what he looks like, sounds like or what he's dressed like if you catch him you get the bounty on his head for that game
just in case its moved to finding him on the web, lunalee "are you the real radio fugitive"? :)
I wish what about you since your the only one who seems the know what i'm talking about "Are you the real radio fugitive?"
That looks great fun - how long do you reckon it would take me to get from the Wirral up to Scotland ? Looking for the real radio fugitive sounds like a lot more fun that working at a local newspaper day in day out !! (and if I caught him I'd probably earn more money !!) Right Im phoning Virgin trains now to request an Apex ticket xxx
I wish as well!
Debbi, I was thinking the same thing. Go on a hunting experdition - you never know your luck. But I bet theres a few hundred out as well looking for him!
See you soon Debbi (hee hee) Going back out at 4pm when i finish work.
Debbi " Are you the real radio fugitive?"
As if .....
Lunalee I am writing this on my laptop on board the 2.57pm Liverpool to Fife express - only joking - its nice to dream although I am thinking of coming up there for the weekend, does 'he' operate over the weekend ? If not, no worries, Edinburgh has always been one of my fave drinking cities anyway !!! xx
Yeah i think I got it wrong yesterday it's three times on a Saturday and once on a Sunday.
Glasgow's much better than edinburghfor a night out !!!
You can always sample both cities - just be careful of all the cameras on the m74 (the link motorway)
   Are there speed camera's on the M74??
Morder - you seem to know an awful lot of 'inside' information about link roads, cameras etc Are you sure you are not the real radio fugitive ?? - what do ya think Lunalee ????!!!!! xx
Yeah thats what i was thinking or maybe Morder's the fugitive from the last time???
Lol - no, I promise you I'm not! Its just my GPS warns me about approaching speed cameras.
Mordor - you've gone unusually very quiet......................
I think we've caught him Lunalee xxxxx
I think you may be right Debbi
They have just announced that saturday and sunday will be 7k both days if you catch him that is
The Fugi is back on Monday.....cant wait
