Kelly Osbourne was given a 21st birthday present to remember by parents Sharon and Ozzy.
The singer, who is currently celebrating with friends in Las Vegas, was given the keys to a ?1 million London flat on her big day.
"Kel is over the moon with the present," a friend told The Mirror. "She was so shocked at first - and couldn't believe it when her parents handed over the keys.
"What with that and all the parties it's been a great couple of weeks. She's always said how much she loves Vegas. And when she turned up there the Mayor even gave her a set of ceremonial keys."
The source added, "She loves the lifestyle in London and the people. She'll often just pop by hot-spots like Cheers before going off to a gig or a club - so a London pad of her own is fantastic. She's also got great style so she's really going to get into decorating her pad."
