Can somebody give me advise, about what weight should a two year old be (he was born in July). My son James seems to have been just under two stone for ages. I am going to check with my midwife next week (i'm 4 months pregnant) but I just thought i'd ask???

Do you still have your Red Book (child health record) ??

At the back there are the growth charts and looking on there anything between 10 and 15 kg is normal ( which is between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 stone), so I don't think you have anything to worry about. You'll probably find he has grown a couple of inches in the past couple of months so rather than putting weight on, he is growing instead.

Hope this helps, but obviously if you are concerned, check with your health visitor. :D

Check your red baby book that should give you a rough guide to what height and weight he should be. But don't worry if he is smaller or bigger than other kids his age. My marley was 8lb when she was born and was allways bigger than the other kids at the baby clinic she is now 7 and is a skinny mini with no waist and she is the same as the other kids in her class.
