Sam thought something might happen with Neil a long long time ago. She came on to him and he gave her the brush off saying he was married.

That is all the sam and neil there has ever been.


With Phil, Sam and Phil both admitted they are attracted to one another but that she wasn't ready for a rel with him especially after the thing with the liasion officer when he betrayed Sam's trust. Phil was going to spend new year with Sam but his liaison ruined that.

That is where things stand at the moment.. no more and no less...
