Will Girls Aloud do it????

Simon has just challanged girls aloud to come a sing live on next weeks show after they slammed the show say there was no talent.

Louis (girls aloud manager) looked rather shocked and remained awful quiet when this request was made.

Personally i think that if they dont they will all look rather stupid and it will just prove what ive known for a while THEY CANT SING!!!!


Does anyone else think they will do it?

i don't think they have a choice but to do it. I think they can sing cause when they were in popstars they had to sing live like the x-factor but now i think they are a lot like everyone else and just mime all the time

Probablt, but they are still earning the money that we are not, and had the gut's to get up and do it in the first place.

I think they should! I read the article somewhere and they said there was no talent this year. I think this year there is a lot more talent than last or any other for that fact. And in this article i read that Shayne had written back and said that Nicole was only in the liveshows because someone else dropped out. Which is true so she was only init as a reserve which means she wasnt even that good. and if i remember Kimberly was also a reserve and only got in beacuse someone was over the age limit! So that shows that almost half of their band wasnt actually good enough to get in in the first place!

I doubt they will go on and sing live. But they should! I know they've all been through it them selves in popstars the rivals but its been two or three years now hasnt it? Before they were no body and wouldnt have minded singing live but now they have made a name for themselves and they've produced records and done shows (mostly not live) they wouldnt do it now beacuse they have a reputation and it would reveal how bad they really are. (compared to what they normaly are in the studio beacuse they arent rubbish! Just not good singing live) People have heard them singing/miming so they wont suddenlt change now. Its the same with all bands and these reality stars, they sing live on the show but once they have their record deal and are big celebs they wouldnt dream of being singing live and embarassing themselves, so i think that already shows who has more talent if they dont go on and sing and the acts do.

i think girls aloud can sing! but i wouldnt be bothered if they did go on the show or not i dont like simon cowell so if they are 'against' him because he is the one who challenged them then i will be with them all the way lolz

All bands, groups, artisit perform live on TOTP, they have to, they aren't allowed to be on the show other wise, so they must sing live at times.

I havnt watch TOTP in a while but unless they've changed it then singers definatly do not sing live! Ive watched it a few times and you can so tell that they are miming. No one sounds exactly like they do on the cds and video's they produce, no matter how good they are it'll never be exactly the same. So if it is exactly the same as the cds and videos then you now they're miming. I have to admit some of them do sing live on TOTP and you can tell by the way it sounds. But not all of them do its just so obvious!

But saying that i havnt watched it in a while so yes they might have changed the rules of the way people sing on their show but i can tell ya they never used to sing live about a year ago or so. (when it was on fridays)

They aren't allowed to perform unless they sing live, my friend works there! The only time it's allowed is if there is a really complicated dance routine and then they won't be hear over the sound of the artist's breathing, but 99.9 percent of the time it's live.

I think they have to do it.

They shouldn't have dissed X Factor some of singers on it are better than them and they also started on a Reality TV show. Louis Walsh should have said something instead of keeping quiet.
