Yeah, If Sam's getting four years for her part in Den's death and digging up his body, I think Zoe should get at least six. But you never know with EE....

Really Really Pleased that Sam goes down for 4 years justice and a english law system in soapland, I know that Chrissie did kill den, but at the end of the day if it was joe bloggs in the street they would still get sent down for sam's part, which was being present at the murder, burying the body, and then digging it up

Surely it would be silly for her to do a runner seeing as the police know it was Chrissie who did it. Yes she will get sentenced for perverting the course of justice but she has already done time and that will be taken off her sentence.

If you look at Press Office release for week 46 you will see Phil and Peggy deciding Sam's future, so I reckon they know she will serve time so they send her off to Rio to Grant, hence the passport.

Sam is released but is told that she may still have to do time for the part that she played in Den's death. She then leves before she gets put back in prison.

Neither did I, I thought she would be kept in prison for her part in Den's death while Chrissie began a life sentence for his murder. If it wern't for her running away, I think she would have ended up back in prison sooner rather than later.

I don't think she should get bail though, I think she should complete her sentence for the part that she played, but thats EastEnders for you.

Apart from hiding the body with them, lying to everyone, blackmailing Chrissie and then being stupid enough to dig up the body. And then after that still continue lying to the police about how Chrissie "threatened" her and made her do it.

Plus if she could learn to take a pulse properly the entire thing wouldn't have happened, :p

But she attacked Tracy didn't she and tied her up and locked her in the bathroom, she will be getting done for that too I would of thought, 4 years for everything she has done is about right(and I work in law!)
