Does anybody know that Grant is the father of Michelle's son called Mark - i think the only ppl who know was Mark that Grant was the father am i right or wrong?

And does Sharon know or Grant?

You are absolutely right, Only Michelle and Mark senior know that Grant is Mark jr's biological father.
