X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne has admitted that she has spent £300,000 on plastic surgery.
She confessed that her most recent enhancement was a pair of 34DD breast implants three months ago, the Daily Mirror has reported.
The 53-year-old was a 16-stone mum of three in 1999, when she began her transformation.
She said: "I am very lucky in that I have a good cosmetic surgeon. The last thing I had done were my breasts about three months ago. I am a 34DD now and Ozzy loves them."
Before her surgery, Sharon's life was dominated by bulimia, which still troubles her.
When she took over the management of Ozzy's career, she would gorge herself on junk food while on the road.
She said: "I used to binge-eat, then lose it and then binge-eat again. I was just a nutter. I would eat and eat until I was sick.
"I booked into health farms and went on diets. I'd lose weight and control my eating for six months. Then, boom! The floodgates would open and it would all come back."
In 1999, she underwent a gastric banding procedure where an elastic band is put around the stomach. Within a year, she was down to seven stone - and ready for some serious refurbishment.
She began with surgery to trim off the excess skin, then had her breasts, legs and bottom lifted. She had a tummy tuck, liposuction and a full face-lift.
