Hearing a noise from the bar, Phil creeps downstairs and comes
face to face with an unexpected visitor. Ian, meanwhile, threatens
to go to the police about the loss of his money, but realises that
there is nothing he can do.
Phil is played by Steve McFadden and Ian by Adam Woodyatt.

Phil tells Peggy that they will have to be straight with Sam about
her future, but Sam’s not surprised by what they tell her.
Alfie plans the next wish for Nana – a curry night. However, not
everything goes according to plan for Alfie and he has to resort to
other measures.
Elsewhere, Ian gets a shock when he tries to stop Wellard eating
the sandwiches in the café.
Phi is played by Steve McFadden, Peggy by Barbara Windsor, Sam by
Kim Medcalf,Alfie by Shane Richie and Nana by Hilda Braid.

Dawn, Mo and the other market traders smirk at Ian as he hobbles
towards the café. Gus apologises to Ian but he’s not having any of
it and contacts the police.
Meanwhile, Phil shows Peggy his alternative for Sam. Peggy is in
denial but vows to support her daughter every step of the way.
Dawn is played by Kara Tointon, Mo by Laila Morse, Ian by Adam
Woodyatt, Gus by Mo George, Phil by Steve McFadden, Peggy by
Barbara Windsor and Sam by Kim Medcalf.

There dosent seem to be an episode listed for friday, probably due to CIN being on.

I know what you mean. I despise storylines like this. No doubt it will be some 'hilarious' comedy storyline. Please EastEnders, stick to witty one liners, and please remember that comedy like this is not your thing.

Yeah, comedy IS not their thing, misery is! I really hate this storyline. Did I just hear someone say Grant was going?! Nooooooooo!
I should stop screaming "Nooo!" all the time...oh well. But He only just got back! How can he go?!

As someone else said the REAL eastend is not as depressing as the show, so it does need some light heartedness at times, it all depends on who writes it and how they direct it aswell.

Some times it works other times it goes down the pan.

Yes, I wasn't even born the last time Phil and Grant were on the square together, and I much prefer them together and I'd have to say that Grant is the better one if they were on their own.

Just my opinion.

Phil was ok, until the storyline went a bit downhill and they made him into something he wasnt
