Friday 18 November on BBC ONE
Broadcasting live from Television Centre in London, the BBC Children In Need Appeal once again raises the curtain to entertain the nation.
Terry Wogan, the breakdancing granddaddy of the show, is set to be joined by two new glamorous co-hosts whose identities will be revealed very soon. There's an exclusive mini-episode of Doctor Who, written by Russell T Davies, and stars from Emmerdale, EastEnders, Casualty and The Bill will be getting musical. The Archers show their faces for television when they're joined by some of their celebrity fans in Ambridge; and will the newsreaders do the fandango?
Local BBC Radio and Television also join in the fun on the night, with star-studded events in viewers' own regions.
Last year's record-breaking show raised a fantastic £34.2m and every single penny donated to the charity goes directly to an organisation that helps children; none is ever used for other costs. How many viewers will be up in the wee small hours for the final total?
