i dont think even sharon knows that - surely she couldnt forgive that having 2 children one by her dad and the other by her ex- husband. i think it was just mark who knew.
it is about time that secret came out after all how many other secrets have ever stopped secret in soapland you have to wonder what the point in doing the story was if it was never discovered. i think it would be great if susan tully wopuld return but i don't think she ever will so i think they should re-cast.
it is so rediculous anyway that michelle has never cae back to visit esp after everything that has happened to the fowlers and with vicki's return, but then again how realistic was it with vicki not returning when her dad was murdered and her brother and sister got married (to each other)

I seriously think it should be re-cast, because as you say, she has never returned for any funeral's such as Mark's and Arthur's. You would also have thought that she would have returned to see Den after he had been for years, considering she was the last person to see him alive the first time around. I think it was Michelle's wasn't it?

And your right, what was the point of the storyline if the secret never came out

There are only a handful of characters in EE that I would never want to recast, whatever the storyline as it would not feel right. The likes of Grant, Phil, Bianca, Carol, the Wicks brothers etc should never be recast. I remember Michelle but I would not be too bothered if she was recast.

I think the only person who knew was Mark, and I don't think he told anyone, so I don't think it will ever come out unless Mark Jr needs a organ transplant or something and Michelle is forced to reveal who the real father is because no one in her family is a match. I doubt it will happen though.

they cannot recast michelle, susan tully was a big actress in the show, the only recasts that work are unpopular actresses, it wouldnt be the same with another actress

sharon dosetn know, which would cause fireworks if it were ever found out, michelle will never return, we'll have to wait until mark jnr turns 18 and comes to find out the truth about his father...thats if grant is still around come then!

Yes I think it would be really great if Sharon found out! And just because there was only Mark and Ruth that knew about Michelle's baby being Grant's, it doesn't mean that it couldn't be discovered.

I got the feeling that Grant was quite unbelieving of the story that Michelle told about Mark jnr being premature and it not being his. I remember Mark telling Grant in the Vic about Michelle having given birth, and Mark was showing a photo around of the baby, and he asked to see it. I think maybe he had suspicions but put them to the back of his mind.

He could tell Sharon in the future that he had a fling with Michelle, and that it was 9 months before Mark jnr was born. Sharon could put two and two together, maybe Michelle has said in the past that the father was somebody who she had a one off fling with. That's a different story to the one she gave Grant.

Yes, Michelle's son is Grants. Only Michelle and Mark senior know of Mark JR's true parentage I think.

Michelle back in the square would be just soooooooooooooooo good. I cant see why she could not come back just 4 a few eppy's it to clear a few things up.
