Casualty @ Holby Xmas Crossover 21/10/05

Casualty and Holby are to join forces for another dramatic Christmas special. Fans are in for a treat when an old face (Holby's Nick) returns to the hospital and will be on the edge of their seats when another character's life hangs in the balance.

Similarly to last year, it will be a roller coaster two parter, with a cliffhanger at the end of episode one.

It's the day of the Christmas party and Kelsey, Woody and Donna catch a lift with Nick. There's an almighty pile up and their car crashes into a tunnel with everyone trapped inside. Selena is one of the first on the scene and single-handedly manages the situation until the emergency services arrive.

But rescue attempts are dashed when Donna and Woody try to reach a trapped baby and inadvertently cause the tunnel to completely collapse on those trapped.

Things take a turn for the worse when they realise that one of the vehicles contains noxious fumes. Will they all get out alive?

Can't wait for this, but on the holby.tv site it says that one of the cast members are leaving in December and that it is going to be a shocker, could it be one of those mentioned who will be leaving!!!!

that would be a bad thing to do they already took bex and claire away so no way they cant do it again

Comfort doesn't die in the Halloween special as they are only three exits planned for S20, one of which is at Christmas.... one WILL be Bruno and the other, near hte end of S20 I think!

Still if Selena dies I will stop watching casaulty

thats what i was thinking Bruno cant die its not fair. I love christmas specials. Hopefully well be having Christmas at my house not my aunties cause last year she wouldnt let me watch the casualty @ holby City and i missed Jim dying. I was not best pleased.

Bruno leaves around February when his 6 month contract is up

this also means someone dies exactly a year after Jim... that sounds sad..... i think now its Woody as it sounds like it for some reason

thats what i was thinking Bruno cant die its not fair. I love christmas specials. Hopefully well be having Christmas at my house not my aunties cause last year she wouldnt let me watch the casualty @ holby City and i missed Jim dying. I was not best pleased.

it could be whoevers involved from holby. isnt it donna or something? she could die, she's been around a while. Woody and Kelsey are too new, Bruno (as far as I know) isnt involved, and if they kill Selena I'll stop watching forever!!! The way it mentions the tunnel collapsing I think its got to be Donna or Woody and I so don't want Woody to die!!

It's definaltly someone form casualty - i know that for a fact!
kill Selena will be bad as she's had to many near to death experiances- and she's the best... and needs to get with Harry, if she dies i will keep my promise and vow never to watch again.
I agree wit does sound like Woody or Donna will die...

didnt Jim fall or jump off that high thing.lol.i dont know what it was he fell or jumped off. i cried when he died to.i liked him,he was cool and cared about his work.

bubblegum fairy has you friend spoted anyone whos missing from the set? so we can figure out who leave/dies?

does anyone else think its a bit wierd that Donna would be in the car with woody and kelsy as there hasnt been any reference to them knowing each other (apart from working in the same hospital) before.

well she only saw Liz (Selena) Luke (Sam) and Suzanne (Tess) and thats it....

Just been on digital spy where I found this:

Casualty

Those Casualty fans among you may be upset to hear that one character will be killed off at Christmas.

The as-yet-unknown individual is to sensationally bow out of the series over the festive period sending shockwaves through the wards of Holby General. How, when and why the mystery character dies? Sorry to tease, but I’m afraid you’ll just have to wait until December to find out…It’s more than my life’s worth! :crying:


Despite the death over Christmas, the show must go on and in a special New Year’s Eve episode another unnamed cast member undertakes a special striptease. Unfortunately, the whys and wherefores have not yet been revealed.

I wonder who will be stripping :lol:
