I read that Johnny has somethink over a corrupt cop he tells this corrupt cop to destroy the evidence against Phil after Peggy begs him or she'l grass him up to his super the next day he does this theirs no case to answer too at court ( all evidence gone )

That sounds about right,that would make his return sound plausible,but what about any charges he would get for any antics he gets up to this week,mind you if he spends a few months on remand i suppose that could be time served for the escape cos nobody could cover the escape up.the only problem i have with this is if EE carry on the way it is relying on 1 or 2 actors to carry it through it will be back in the doldrums before you can say phill mitchell.

Sounds possible but who knows it would be a way out of prison for Phil cos there is alot of evidence against him and he's been on the run for sixteen months

something like this needs to happen as for phil is ment to be returning in the summer. he would not have done his sentance by then. So something must happen

Yes Johnny seems like somebody who would have a lot of connections. And although he made it clear tonight, he didn't want Phil's kind hanging around the square. Peggy would do anything to get Phil out of prison, and she's somebody who gets what she wants.

I really enjoyed seeing Phil back tonight, it was great! I love his character, he's quite messed up at the moment but he provided some much needed drama.
