Cheap Flight providers

I'm going to my mums boyfriends house in the South of France next summer, and i've been given the job of finding a cheap flight provider which can get us there.

We want to go from Heathrow to Bourdex airport, but i dont really know where to start

The only companies i can think of are EasyJet (which dont go from Heathrow) and BMIbaby (which cost a lot more, but oculd be a possibility)

Can anyone help me think of cheap companies which i can investagate?

I tried Ryan Air earlier, but i got confused by their web site so gave up!

there was a list i saw somewhere, oh last weekends telegraph with lots of comparison things. think it went though but i can have a look later
