Kacey Ainsworth has signed a new, one-year deal to stay on at EastEnders, according to a report in The Mirror today.

The actress, 34, had been tipped for a move Stateside to play the part of a nanny in Desperate Housewives.

"It's been gloomy in Albert Square lately with big names leaving," a source told the newspaper. "But everyone is just overjoyed Kacey is staying. Viewers really love Little Mo."

It's nothing personal I just don't like the majority of the cast. The only ones I do like are sonia, Dot, jim, pauline, pat and Big Mo harris. The rest are just a waste of space and EE should get shot of the lot of them.

Bring Back Nathan Williams we need some serious sex appeal to grace the square. :)
