just browsing walford web and its says jamie theakston announced on his radio show that Julia Davies, who plays Jill in BBC comedy Nighty Night is to make a christmas day cameo, following the popular cameos over the past 2 years!

when a star makes a one off appearance in a show... friends were famous for them...corrie too: status quo, peter kay, sir ian mckellen etc...
