Yup, I'd agree with that. Most messengers and prophets were normal people.

The question is really whether or not Jesus performed any miracles ...

i dont think they were miracles, i think some of the things which he apparently did are untrue, such as the water to wine thing, but other things such as curing people, maybe at the time they thought they were miracles but there was actually just a cure for them which he knew about, maybe he was just more clever than most people at that time (if that makes sense, i dont really know how to explain it!)

Its well documented that he caused the blind to see and there's the little issue of raising Lazarus from the dead ...

Whether he performed miricles is open to interpretation.

If you believe, then he did. If you don't then there can be logical explanations, some involving fraud and trickery.

Water into wine?
Loaves and fishes?
Curing lepers?
Raising the dead?
Rising from the dead?

You cannot prove one way or the other from this time, really it has to be a matter of faith.
