Dennis is playing a very strange game at the moment. I know that him and Den didn't get on but if he knows that Chrissie is responsible for his death, why isn't he trying harder to bring Chrissie to justice?

Of course he wants to protect Sharon, he loves her and doesn't want her life to be destroyed anymore than it has done. But Chrissie is manipulating and using Sharon everyday, she is not her friend. Not the kind of friend Sharon needs in her life. It may help her to think Chrissie is telling the truth but it's going to come out sooner or later.

Dennis has to care a little bit about what's happened to his dad. He doesn't have to like him, but surely he feels that Chrissie is taking liberties.

Dennis knows what he is doing, and I have a feeling he knows more than he is letting on,, remember what he said to Billy(in the caf) after Jake punched him out ??? He would take care of it,, and I do believe he will,,:cool:

I think that Dennis will sort chrissie out as well.I think that he is just worried about sharon getting hurt.

Dennis is being careful like most people have said, He known that Chrissie and Jake are moving away, so i think he is the one who call the police on them and he does know as he was talking to Jake about it, going she will not want you soon and to billy in the cafe saying i will sort it out.. but he does have to be careful as sharon thinks that Chrissie is just too sad to say in the pub as there are bad things there, the reason why Den is not feeling sad as his dad death is becasue he never liked him and so he had his own ay of coping with it.. but it was so sweet when he cryed.

he wouldnt go running to the police no but i di think he will make chrissie pay for what she's done. He's more likely to tear her down from the inside

That would be more his style, go for the inside and work from there,, yep that sounds more like Dennis,, Chrissie will CAVE !!!!:rolleyes:

I'm sure he will do something. As for Sharon I know she's upset, and that she thinks of Chrissie as her best friend, but I really think that she should believe Dennis. He worked for Jack Dalton, he knows when people are lying. He found out about Den being alive. And all Dennis has done since he's been in the square is try and protect Sharon from harm. He loves her to bits, she knows that he wouldn't hurt her intentionally. There's no way he would say that Chrissie was to blame if she wasn't. She should trust her husband.

Thie thing is sharon needs to believe chrissie is innocent she's invested so much trust in her that for sharon to be proved wrong would shake her and cause her to doubt everything she holds dearly including her dad and dennis. Its much easier for sharon to believe that sam did it

Tell us WHY Sharon NEEDS to believe Chrissie is innocent ?? When the truth does come out she is really going to be let down,, and as some one else said SHE SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED HER OWN HUSBAND.

Well JJ you've got a point there, but Sharon is not very stabile at the moment, she would crack up if she found out how Chrissie played her, uncounsly she needs to beleive, so i make sense or is it more confusing, I'm confused now myself. And for as far as Dennis is concerned he murdered Jack Dalton himself so he will not stich up Chrissie for killing Den. Maybe he feels that se did him a favour. Him and Sharon are safe from his harm.

What i think DG is trying to say is that Chrissie did Dennis a favour as she killed Den so that mean that Dennis and sharon can be together- what would have happened if Den ws still alive than there would have been no wedding or maybe they would have done and that Den can not harm them- but what i don't get is when chrissie phoned sharon in america to come back- sharon said to Den that my dad died 18 years ago and so i am (what ever it is when your parents die) and now she is sad that he is died- maybe it because the last thing she said to him was that....

I think the word she used was ORPHAN,, yea i remember that,,but i honestly do not think that Dennis would THANK Chrissie for caving his old mans head in..Dennis and Sharon could have lived any where and been together like they were in the States...Remember the original plan was for them to visit Walford and leave, but Den went missing so they hung around.. Dennis would have gladly left if Sharon had not nagged him ( I say NAG cos nothing was compromised, it was always what Sharon wanted)to stay and look for Daddy Dearest.. and had the wedding in Walford AMONG HER FRIENDS and Family ( ???) :confused:
Anyway as u said Bouncetigger,, time for the folks to MOVE ON AND ACCEPT THE FACT THAT OLD DEN IS DEAD AND WORM FOOD !!!:D

Princess maybe even married Dennis, because he has so much in common with Dan. A bit of an Elektra syndrome happening there, even if she claims otherwise, bet U some euro's on that one.:thumbsup:
