i know that we have got told that Zoe is the stalker but i found this on Backtothebay.net

Summer Bay Stalker Suspects

So many residents, so many motives, so many suspects! Just who is the Summer Bay stalker? Presuming it's just one person...!
The residents have been reduced down to five main suspects by Channel Seven:
• Dan Baker
• Zoe McCallister
• Jesse McGregor
• Josie Russell
• Flynn Saunders

However, how do we know that it actually is one of these shifty looking five? They could be trying to throw us off course. This is the stalker at work, you never know what will happen next. But to be on the safe side, let's start off by examining these five

DAN BAKER
Why would a nice quiet boy like Dan want to go around terrorising the residents of Summer Bay? We don't know, but isn't it true that you always have to watch out for the quiet ones? He hasn't had much interaction with other Summer Bay residents, and doesn't have a huge amount of friends, so maybe he resents them for this? Or maybe he didn't want to get too close to them if he knew it wouldn't be long until he was murdering them.
Peter and Dan weren't on the best of terms when Peter arrived in Summer Bay. Plus, Peter awoke from his coma to find himself in love with Leah. The Stalker has caused nothing but stress and problems for Peter, so maybe it's all part of Dan's master plan to get Peter out of his life!

JOSIE RUSSELL
Shortening this list down could be difficult. Josie has numerous reasons for being the Summer Bay Stalker, and Number #1 is Marc Edwards. He's been making her life hell since they got a little too close one night. She couldn't have Jesse finding out what went on between them, and this resulted in her being blackmailed by Marc for months.
Could this have caused her to start stalking the residents? After all, she accused Marc of being the stalker and he was almost proved to be so. Could it have been a major setup to get rid of him? Of course, we'd have to ignore the fact that her encounter with Marc happened after some of the first stalker incidents took place, but it could still be a possibility.
But of course, there's a much more obvious reason why Josie could want to terrorise Summer Bay. She's Angie's cousin, and nobody hated Summer Bay more than Angie. Angie possessed stalker-like qualities herself, making Nick's life hell for months and setting fire to Summer Bay High. Could Josie secretly have some of Angie's evil streak in her? Could she be out for revenge on the town that killed her cousin?

JESSE MCGREGOR
Summer Bay has treated Jesse relatively well, but that doesn't mean he couldn't be to blame. He's been to jail before, and he's well known for his violent personality. He's had many mood swings and had numerous fights with other residents, so there's nothing to say he couldn't take a turn for a worse and turn into the Summer Bay Stalker.
Then of course, we come back to Marc. He made a fool of Jesse when it was revealed that Marc and Josie had kissed, so maybe Jesse did what he did to frame him. Of course, that leaves the problem of the events that happened before Jesse and Josie's wedding, but with the search getting more and more urgent, we have to consider every option. Or is this just too much of a long shot?

ZOE MCCALISTER
Zoe's reasons for terrorising the whole of Summer Bay are limited. For a start, she only moved to the area a few months ago when she got the job as a nurse at the hospital. But is that something we should be suspicious about? Why did she get the job in the first place - why Summer Bay over anywhere else? Or is this just paranoia setting in?
She's been the victim of the Stalker's reign of terror herself - she was attacked while on a date with Kim, leaving her with a cut arm. We didn't see the stalker, so the possibility for it to be her is still there, however unlikely it may be. What other reasons could she have? Could it have been her who stole the pills from the hospital? Maybe she's secretly on drugs and it's driving her to destruction!

FLYNN SAUNDERS
There aren't many reasons for Flynn to stalk the town he has lived in for years. His relationship with Sally may have been rocky in recent months, but surely that wouldn't be enough to send him over the edge. Plus, he's been working so many hours that he's hardly had time to go on a mass rampage.
Aah, although we have to remember what got him through all the extra hours - drugs! Could they have had more of an effect on him than simply giving him extra energy? Could they have messed with his mind, causing him to lose control of his actions and terrorise Summer Bay? We all know how bad drugs can be, they almost cost Kirsty's life, so it's certainly a possibility.

see if i read that I would have suspected Zoe straight away for the simple fact that they played her down more than the rest. I read they were offering a 10 grand prize to people who guessed right.

Yeah and why would Dan want to kill the women that he is going to marry, why would any of the others want to kill people

If you look further down on that website they have a section that says Stalker revealed so I think the website knows who the stalker is.

they hadn't posted the spoiler about the stalker at the time the stalker storyline was going out there, it was a huge secret and apparently they worked really hard to keep it under wraps

The Other Summer Bay Stalker Suspects
The Stalker storyline has more twists and turns than a rollercoaster. So when they told us that the stalker was either Dan Baker, Zoe McCallister, Jesse McGregor, Josie Russell or Flynn Saunders, we didn't know if we could believe them. So, to make sure we've covered all sides, we've complied a list of reasons as to why some of the other residents of Summer Bay may be the Stalker

Sally Fletcher
She's lived in Summer Bay almost all of her life, after being fostered by Pippa and Tom when she was only 5. Like any Summer Bay resident, she's had her fair share of ups and downs, but on a whole the town has been good to her - would she really do something as shocking as stalk the town? Fortunately, with Sally in line to become the Stalker's latest victim, it looks like she's no longer a suspect.

Marc Edwards
Ok, so Marc's dead. That's a minor setback which sort of prevents him from being the Summer Bay Stalker. But still, if Ailsa can return and Alf's ghost can rescue Colleen from the bottom of a cliff, then what's to say Marc couldn't make a re-appearance?
He certainly has more reason than most to stalk Summer Bay. He constantly caused trouble for Josie Russell, drunkenly kissing her and then bribing her for months in exchange for keeping their antics a secret. If he could do that to Josie, what's to say he'd stop there?
The tape featuring Josie and Marc exchanging money was mysteriously stolen from Robbie's bedroom. Who else would have reason to do such a thing, apart from Marc? Not long after, Zoe witnessed a dramatic showdown between Marc and Josie, in which things almost got violent. Only a short time after, Zoe was attacked while on her date with Kim. Zoe was convinced her attacker was Marc, and there's nothing to say it wasn't.
Then there's the Murder Mystery event. All of Summer Bay in one place just as Marc gets bail. How convenient. Marc storms into the event, and when the guys force him out, he claims 'It's not over yet...'. Shortly after, Scott and Hayley come across a bomb, slowly ticking down to zero. An explosion is narrowly averted and nobody is hurt. Surely this was Marc's doing?
This is where things take a twist, a smashed car is discovered with Marc inside. Peter's relieved, now believing the Stalker is dead, but when mysterious events continue, it's obvious that she or he is still out there.

Peter Baker
Ok, so it's a long shot, but what's to say Peter Baker isn't the stalker? Being a policeman gives him the perfect cover, all he has to do is pretend to investigate, and send the evidence pointing in the other direction. He's trained to spot the tell-tail signs, so he knows how to avoid them too. Plus, all things considered, he hasn't done the best job of hunting down the stalker. He or she always seems to slip away before Peter can get there, which all seems a little too convenient.
Of course, he was attacked by the Stalker, which seems to make it impossible for him to be the attacker himself. But almost everyone in Summer Bay has encountered the Stalker at some point, and someone must be to blame.

Ric Dalby

Ric was one of the very first Stalker suspects, and with good reason. Most of the suspicious activities seemed to begin the moment he arrived back in town, and they haven't stopped since. Don't forget that he was to blame for the syringe that Robbie stepped on in his bush run - what's to say he didn't plant it there on purpose? A mysterious figure was seen watching the three while they were around their camp, and as Ric had been in the area around the same time, it could easily have been him.
Also, Ric seems to have been lying low over the past few weeks. He hasn't been making much of an appearance around town, and could this be because he's off planning his next attack? He has a violent temper, and was accused of murder after his dad's death. He's certainly one to watch out for.

Omg! I was right!

I had started to suspect Zoe a few weeks ago,She arrived around the time, and how else could her blood have been on Marc's knife.Plus when she found out about Hayley's baby she exposed her 'violent' side.
