I do not like Naomi

I think that the homeless Woman who kind of saved Sonia told Naomi about thing with the aggressive man.

Well I hope so I was born in the Netherlands, and enjoyed 20 years of Dutch education, even though I have a British passport. But I think its nice that you know a little Dutch.

I think Naomi started off with a lot of potential, but it's been wasted -- she's been grouped with Sonia and Martin (who weren't exactly thrilling to start with) and they're the only people she actually talks to. If they'd made an effort to integrate her with the rest of the Square -- even if it was just a few scenes with Jim and Dot, who she's lives with. I think they either need to get her into a better storyline, or I can see her going down the Gus road -- they'll wheel out a relative in a few months to try and give her a storyline, it won't work, she'll appear once every few months for about two episodes.

The fact that when the actress says her lines you get a vague feeling she's not quite sure what they mean doesn't help either.

I don't know her well enough to have an opinion. Naomi has no character, the writers haven't come up with one for her. She doesn't seem like a horrible person, but there's nothing to like about her either. They definetely have to come up with a storyline for her, and integrate her into their lives or get rid.

im not a big fan of naomi either - cant work out what it is but she strikes me as one of those characters that no one will be interested in.

Her acting isnt great and neither are her lines, when you look at the introduction of dawn miller and that of naomi, you can see the difference. Maybe it was easier to introduce dawn as she came into an already established family but at least she had personality and a bit of character. I think the writers are trying to give naomi a similar personality - fun loving, likes a drink, friendly etc - dont know whether kara tointon is a better actress or if she has better lines but i find myself twenty times more interested in dawn than naomi

i hate her character, whenever she comes on screen i tune out untill she has left, i think she is in love with sonia! lol hey just had a thought, what if she is a friend of mad stalker sarah? maybe wants to get back at sonia and martin about sarah? this might be far fetched but she does seem to be wanting to cause a drift between sonia and martin, maybe sarah has asked her to finish off the job that she started? by the way does anyone know what happened to sarah???
