connor loves home made chicken soup so we have it about once a week but i love it with large chunks of crusty bread and smothered in butter and that no goods for the diet
yea you do! Plus if you've got to cook for someone else as well it makes it more difficult as you dont want to inflict casrole on the other half every day of the week!!
Salmon or other fish with potatoes and loads of veg?? (not that I like fish very much)
Soups are good but not for evening meal as they dont tend to fill me up!!
Healthy currys?

Home made soup is good. lots of veg and veg stock and blend it down
options are a good drink in the winter, as an alternative to hot choch, squirty cream and a flake (god I could do with ones of thoes now!!! mmmm)

the cadburys ones? must give them a go, helps with the choclate craving as well.
I've tried looking for receipes on the net, but its all using bizzar things that normal people dont eat like pumpkins??.

i did find it hard to eat my five portions each day in winter but last year i started making smoothies. I love summer berries and was dreading the winter but I discovered the joys of frozen raspberries and strawberries - now i just mix them with other in season fruits (the berries disguise the taste of the fruits i dont like)

Salad is good anytime and you can have warm salads. Winter is the best time to eat your five portions of fruit and veg. vegtable soup (home made) cut chunky is really good.you can still eat well with warming food in the winter, you just have to watch the hidden fat in foods.
chicken breasts with loads of veg
Haddock with veg and rice
lamb casserole (cut off fat)
lamb chops,and veg
jacket potatoe with B Beans (NO butter)
vegtable couscous
The list is end list just watch the fat, and don't over load on carbs easy

I've just got the free Somerfield magazine and there are some low fat yummy soup recipes.
We use this fabulous cook book "Rosemary Conley's Low fat cookbook" Its great. It has stuff for all year round, plus some tips on how to make sure you get all your minerals and vitamins etc
