Yep I'd have a boob job if I had the money.

I'd rather they invented some sort of fat re-distribution technique.

i think i would have a boob uplifyt as since having connor they not the same! but im happy with the size, also may like a bit of lipo on my bum and stomach!

i wouldnt no way. i dont agree with it... we are as nature intended... although i agree with it if its for medical reasons like.

yup - id love to be on that extreme makeover lol id get everything done the only thing i wouldn't change would be my nose!!!

Boob job would be the main one though - i have always wanted to go BIG!!

I'm not that fussed about having anything done now. I would consider it in the future; maybe after i've popped out some babies and everything goes a bit pear shaped! not sure really!

id have a nose job, lipo on my stomache and theighs (if i spelt it right) but i dont no if id want to go through that pain after or the bank balance after!!!!!!

I would have my eye lids done, as the skin is getting a bit loose there,but other than that no, I am lucky so far havent any wrinkles around the eyes or anything yet

if i had the money my list would be never ending, I would love a boob job, not to big maybe to just a d cup, id have lipo on my thighs tum and bum plus a bum lift and some done on my upper eye lids, I would love to get on that extreme makeover programe, wouldnt mind the pain if i looked as stunning as some of them do on that progamme, oh i forgot one other thing i would haev done a set of those veneers (not sure of the spelling) on my teeth just ot make them white and all even !

for me personally, bigger boobs would make me feel that my body is more in proportion, olus gravity is startingto take a hold so this would help that

maybe, but people feel different, for some women it makes them feel more confident. A lot of people feel having bigger boobs will boost their confidence and make them feel better and have a higher self esteem.

i'm not sure if id have this, i'm still young, lol dont think i actually would thinking about it if i was older. it just seems weird, i wouldnt now at the moment but i dunno about when i am older depends how i feel, probably not. but people feel it makes them feel better as a person not having them to attract the opposite sex. thats what i've heard people say any way. lol

thats why some people can get them on the NHS if they are suffering- they can get surgery to improve their self esteem

I do think that it's really important for people considering surgery to have psychiatric help before hand = i don't mean that to sound funny but I think that a lot of people have very low self esteem and think surgery will help when in fact it can make the situation worse. I'm not against surgery just so long as people do it for the right reasons.

i wouldn't, cos of the pain, and plus some people can just be so fake about 'oh, my nose is naturally perfect' when it's a fact no one's is.

I wouldn't have anything. Because A, i'm such a wimp. I can't stand injections, let alone people cutting me open. and B, i'm happy with my body.

If people want it, and have the money then its their choice, especially if its for medical reasons, ie breast cancer. (In which case it should be provided on the NHS):)

I'd have my nose done. I might have a breast uplift when I get older but I wouldn't have implants. I'd have a facelift if I got really saggy and wrinkly as well.

I would like laser eye surgery because I get fed up of using contacts. I'm scared though that something would go wrong and I'd be left blind.

even though im not happy with any part of my body id never have anything done as the amount different things that can happen when you are put under anasethic (cant spell) i dont see the point when in the end you could come worse out aswell
