Tom Cruise and fiancee Katie Holmes are expecting a baby, it has been confirmed.

"Tom and Katie are very excited, and the entire family is every excited," a spokesperson for Cruise told Reuters on Wednesday evening.

The pair started dating in April and announced their engagement in June.

I am pleased maybe they are in love and it is not a publicity stunt to promote their films like people 1st said.

I hope they are in love and that it all works out fine for them - i just get concerned that all of these stars do these things so quickly and then have kids asap - then it all goes pear shaped and the kids ultimately suffer as they do with normal marriage break ups. But I do hope it works out for them....

I hope they are in love and that it all works out fine for them - i just get concerned that all of these stars do these things so quickly and then have kids asap - then it all goes pear shaped and the kids ultimately suffer as they do with normal marriage break ups. But I do hope it works out for them....

yes i totally agree, the celebs seem to do everything so quickly and then before long its the split up. sorry to put a downer on things but thats how it is.
