David and Victoria Beckham were concerned about their son after he suffered his second fit in two months.

Along with a nanny and three bodyguards, the Beckhams drove their son to the A&E department of La Paz hospital in Madrid for emergency treatment on Saturday night, reports The Sun. However, they all left after around two hours.

A source told the newspaper: "David and Victoria looked as worried as any parents would be as they went into the hospital. Victoria was very pale."

In August the couple took Romeo to Princess Alexander hospital in Harlow after he suffered a convulsion. He was released after a few hours of observation.

DAVID and Victoria Beckham's son Romeo was in hospital last night after his third fit in three months.

The couple were preparing to take the three-year-old for tests when he collapsed with another convulsion.

He was rushed to a Madrid hospital where doctors embarked on a series of investigations to try to solve the problem.

A family friend said: "They are worried."

Becks was allowed to miss England training to be with his son.
