its where you go up really high and as you go back down its looks like you are diving into a swimming pool, youre going down head first, then just before you hit the trampoline you tuck your head under and flip over so you land on your back. you have to get the timing exactly right as if you do it too soon then it doesnt look right but if you leave it too late then youre going to land on your head!
