Robert Carlyle has confessed that he never wants to appear in the Harry Potter films.
The actor, best known for his role as Begbie in Trainspotting, would only consider accepting a part if his face was hidden.
"The thought of being in Harry Potter makes me feel physically ill," Carlyle explained. "It's fine and worthy for the children who watch it but I'm into a different kind of thing."
Carlyle is also considering quitting Hollywood after becoming worried that it has "lost its soul".
"It's a real business in America," he told TV Times. "[In Britain] we have people trying to make films for love rather than money."
