mouth problems

im having really bad pains in my mouth i cant swallow my food properly cause each time i do it hurts the back of my mouth! and also ive got some strange spots on my tongue

Im thinking sore throat.. in the cold weather I sometimes find it hard to swallow.. jsut check with your doctor still x
