Mike's house wasn't actually in France at all. The filming was done in Shenley in Buckinghamshire, near the Borehamwood studios. The house was chosen for its French country style appearance.

This is the small Normandy village of Blangy-le-Chateau, where Gus, Juley, Garry, Mickey and Minty first found themselves lost on the way to visit Dawn. The crew were surrounded by English tourists while filming here.

The house was in buckinghamshire but the rest oif it was actually france,
It was in normandy which is where i went last week with my school!!!
