Casualty and Holby are reuniting for a Halloween special, looking at the issue of youth violence in the community. The two shows have a history of tackling key social issues, and recently joined forces for the successful Donation episode.

A routine A&E demonstration in a tough inner city school turns nasty when a pupil and a teacher come to blows over a shared girlfriend. The events which follow have huge implications for several major characters (but we couldn't possibly reveal who!)

Watch out for Bad Girls actor, James Gaddas (Neil Grayling), who makes a special guest appearance as head teacher, Karl.
