i dunno beacuse my friend bethan is 13 and she has contact lenses
You can have them at any age, but they are really tricky. Most people dont want them untill theyr'e older because of this. You either have "hard" or "soft" contacts, so i've heard. The "hard" ones are better but trickier, if your allowed the flexible "soft" ones then you could consider it. personally i think glasses are ok. If you can get a good pair, then why not?! Especially if you only need tehm for distances
i cant read things if they are quite far away, but i dont need glasses all the time just when reading and writing etc, would you not consider having glasses just for those things?
oooh couldnt bare the thought of putting things into my eyes!! i wear glasses im not me without them
I only need glasses for the computer, but I couldnt stand the thought of putting things in my eyes. If I was you I would have glasses, depends on your budget but the free glasses are not to bad now not like the blue ones ,that where around years ago. My son wears glasses ard he has rimless ones they hardley notice, infact they look really smart.

I've worn glasses since I was 3 I have what's called a lazy eye due to catching the measels when I was young. I used to have to wear those horrible pink national health specs when I was at school but now I have rimmless ones that are really smart. I couldn't bear to wear contact lenses I hate the thought of anything going in my eyes. I think its a phobia of having eye drops put in everytime I had to have my eyes tested when I was at school.
