I've heard that the death of nana moon brings them back together and they both just decide to leave. Not 100% on that though so don't take it as a genuine fact.

Shane Richie has said on interviews that, 'it's not as simple as them sailing off into the sunset, and that it will be a surprise for viewers, on how it turns out'.

I think it's safe to say that the Little Mo baby thing won't be happening, there doesn't seem to be enough time for Alfie to have an affair with both of them again and for Little Mo to get pregnant. It seems very far fetched. I think it's more than likely Kat will be pregnant though, and maybe they'll have a few arguments before they leave.

Same here. Apparently she got pregnant in the kitchen table storyline, but doesn't tell Alfie until Nana's death brings them back together

Yeah, I read somewhere that Kat and Alfie are set for rows for the rest of the year. Still fireworks to come before the happily ever after I think...
