Luke apologises to Claire for his outburst the previous week but tells her that she must tell the prosecution about Pete's revelation. Claire tells Pete what Luke said, although he warns her that the conversation is hearsay and that it will be inadmissible in court.
Luke goes to see the prosecution lawyer who tells him that if the person is a witness speaking under oath, it would be a crime not to disclose what they know. Later, Luke warns Claire that she could be found guilty of perjury and if she doesn't say anything, they are finished.
Elsewhere, Harry tells Abs he has a new tenant and that he must move out today. Later that evening, Abs and Nina meet the new tenant - Guppy.

I know it's her brother but she really should speak up! If he gets let off and people find out she knew her life would be hell! :mad:

Ah, poor Ab's the poor bloke just can't catch a break! :rolleyes: :)

I feel so sorry for Abs he's dead cute and everything is just goin wrong for him. Claires horrible, i've never liked her.

after watching casualty again on saturday i thought claire is just really horrible, cant wait for her to leave!!!

haha!!! I don't know who will be more embaressed, Harry and Guppy or Abs and Nina.
I've just thought about what this will mean about Abs' marrige to Ellen, Harru and Guppy are oviously goin to question him.

does anyone know when clair and bex leave ? ive heard about that rumour of the having a car crash with 2 other people but does anyone actually know when they will leave ?

well apparently bex has already filmed her last scenes so she must leave before the end of the series but claire could be leaving at the end of the series so she could be involved in the car crash, dont think anyone knows at the moment who is in the car crash.

thanks ! yeah they could possibly be in the car crash whilst having an argument therefor chrash , and leave/die together . that willl be ace .
