View Full Version : Kate Moss 'seen using cocaine'
A newspaper has published photographs apparently showing Kate Moss using cocaine.
Today's edition of The Mirror features pictures of the supposedly reformed model chopping a line of the class A drug on the back of a CD cover in the studio in which Babyshambles are recording their album.
Also featured in the activities appear to be Pete Doherty, who claims to be well on his way to be curing himself of his drug addiction, and the record's producer, former Clash member Mick Jones.
Moss has admitted to drug use in the past but has claimed to be clean of the habit recently. She told David Bowie in Q magazine in October 2003: "Dabbling is fine but when I was bang on it, that wasn't a nice time ... I still drink but I don't do drugs."

What do we expect when she is going out with Peter Doherty. At the same time, she used to take drugs well before they started dating.

Yeap. But I must admit, going out with him is not helping her. She has been in and out of the Priory over the past few years because of it.

Im not an opposer to drugs but im not against them either as far as im concered its entirely up to that person whether they wish to take them themselves, i wont admit or deny that ive done them but i will say until your in that position yourself you cant judge a person.
All i know is that a friend i knew died from taking drugs due to a fall and it certainly made me see things in a different light, id say its extremely hard to say no when your in the public eye and are handed them
yeah, maybe she wants attention or something, but its still really bad and harming yourself. maybe i'm too judgemental...

I dont think she wants the attention, i mean she never sold them pics, she would not have approved of it, thats a very private issue for her, she put trust in people who were her friends and they dropped her in it! Its not for the publicity she doesnt need it
i suppose, i don't know... why do people take drugs?

All different reasons, experimental, depressants, peer pressure, no-one knows unless your that person
i totally agree with you charlie, there are many reasons a person starts taking drugs the problem with drugs is it is very easy to start taking them and very very very hard to stop taking them. i feel for her family and her daughter having to read all of this.

Yep it certainly is hard to stop once you have started, i admit ive been there, done that, got the t-shirt and im only 20! Its not something im proud of, i have my reasons, i dont justify it! I dont recommend it, but once your down so bad and you in that situation no-one understands, its a very hard circle to get out of, and no-one can get you out except yourself! I think its a million times worse when your in the media spotlight.
Everyone makes out Pete is some deranged man, i watched the documentary on him, and found him to be a very intelligent man, very talented indeed, minus his downsides! It just annoys me so much how people judge others for their bad sides without knowing the real person.
I suppose im a hypocrit in a way, as i slate a few " celebs " but thats a personal opinion ie: on looks, or acting/singing abilities, but i should take my own advice and not judge as i dont know them

About time. Pete is one intelligent person. For heaven's sake, he got into Oxford! Drugs got him, and....It does not change him totally. His poetry is remakable. :)

Great im so glad someone has the same opinion as me, your dead right his poetry is fantastic, he should be judged on his up-sides far more!

I never knew too much about the guy but once i watched the documentarys on him on BBC3 he absolutely amazed me! He is also pretty well spoken as well, i could not believe how talented he is, he should be praised far more then mocked, i dont hear of many ppl slating Ozzy Osbourne! More like praising him, and didnt he go through exactly the same thing?

Yeah, the guy has his issues, but don't we all. I have admired him for a while now, and I am glad his doc, showed others what he really is like. It obviously done the trick :)

Ive never heard any of his music to tell you the truth, but when i heard him playing his guitar doing an accoustic song he sounded amazing

You know i would but my bloody sound dont work on my comp! Im so vexed about that! I dont fancy un-installing all my comp then re-installing, have to keep nagging my mum to get the comp guy to come back and sort it! But once i do ill deffo check it out
