I dont usually suffer from spots but for some reason i have suddenly got a load on my forhead! I s there anything i can eat to get rid of them? I use facial scrub, toner and moisturiser everyday, will this make them worse?

urm yeh you can buy it from the chenist, urmm about £8.50 for a tue (quite a small tube though!) and your supposed to put it on twice a day, but well it makes my skin go a bit dry so i only put it before i go bed!
And it takes a while to work , but it has worked for me! x

Forehead.. I think its because of shampoo's. I get one or two and its mainly when I change my shampoo but then again it comes once or twice even if you don't change shampoo's.

I dont usually get spots but its quite a mystery! Yeah i think it must be something to do with my shampoo spicy, because i washed my hair again today and my forehead was itchy and i kept scratching it, so thats probably spreading them!

I dont wear any makeup on my face apart from mascara and thats a rare occasion because my eyes get really watery i rub them- then its a disaster! but im getting my eyelashes tinted on friday anyway so no more panda eyes!

I use eye liner and lipgloss only. Planning to get mascara to wear now and then..

I wear no foundation as I belive for some reason that they are the one's bringing spots to your face.. my skin is natural if you know what I mean but I only get tiny spot on my forehead and its only because of shampoo's.. always been the case..

I dont wear any make up either spicy!- i had my eyelashes tinted on friday so now i dont even need to bother putting mascara on!!
I only sometimes wear a small bit of powder if i have really greasy skin!
So i'm natural too! well apart from my eyelashes- but mum said i should have them done as i have really really long eyelashes but they're blonde on the ends so it doesnt look like they're long at all!! but it does now!

Most spots in the teenage years are due to hormone changes in the body, but keeping the skin clean and drinking plenty of water helps, vitamin E is very good for the skin.In tablet form or face creams. Vitamin E helps to heal the skin.If you have a large or nasty spot put toothpaste ..Yes tooth paste on it when you go to bed and it will really help it heal.

Tea tree oil is excellent it kills them quickly, also if u dab toothpaste on before you go to bed it burns all the bad bits inside the spot, it hurts slightly but i like it if it hurts, as you know that it is doing something! Another thing i find very good is the steam room at the private swimming pool, when i started to use that it was making my skin excellent as soon as i stopped they ALL came back!

Toothpaste. Put it on before you go to bed, and it will dry them out a treat. Cheap and far more effective than all those expensive creams. and, as a bonus, you'll wake up with a minty fresh forehead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
