thanks, had a bit of a panic of yesterday though, was laying down on my back on the settee and had my eyes closed,my lil man was at the other end of the sette and without me noticing he got up on the arm and lunged himself down on me in the process headbutting my stomach! it was agony and i was like omg! so just waited for her to kick again, phoned hosp and told em and they said just to wait for her to move, alota good they are! so i did and a hour later she moved! was rather worrying though.of course with my other pregnancys ive had to odd poke prod etc but nothing as hard as this.

I'm glad I don't live where you do, cause to be honest, they sound a load of tosh at their care for you - I think you should move down here, and the first sign of probs or worries, they take you straight in for a scan etc, to make sure you are both ok!! :p

silly women jabbed me in the bum really hard with that needle! coulda killed her. :angry:I'm really starting to feel glad that I don't live where you do, blood results not back, etc etc, I can't understand it at all. I'm really lucky with my care, they far prefer us to phone up and go in and get checked than leave us worrying, and even if everything is fine and you apologise etc, they are really understanding, and say not to worry as its no problem and it would be more harmful to keep worrying than to be checked over.

That could be your last jab now chance?

chance
16-09-2005, 15:27
yeah the last one whilst being pregnant(in the bum anyway) may have to have another one afterwards though :(

Jojo
16-09-2005, 15:29
Does that depend on the baby's blood group?

chance
16-09-2005, 15:30
yeah,if shes got the same as me i wont need it if different il have to have another jab in the ass afterwards but after being cut open im sure i wont notice another bit of pain lol

Jojo
16-09-2005, 15:40
lol - you'll either be still under the influence of your epidural or like you say, and extra little jab won't make too much difference :D :D

I got worried last night as this one decided to have quiet time of it, considering its always moving, yesterday, it hardly did and I started to wonder if everything was ok, but this morning, back to normal and he/she hasn't stopped since.... :D

Thats great news that she is definitely a she too :cheer: :D

All went well with me, got to take a paracetamol every night before bed to help with the ligament strain etc, and had my bloods done, but apparently baby is doing well, good bp etc and he/she is a normal size, not huge like everyone keeps saying!! They are a bit surprised at the earlyness of my braxton hicks and said they would keep an eye and said that if I have too many more muscular/ligament problems, then to definitely let them know and they would see what they can do. Oh and when I had to have a plaster as my bleeding wouldn't stop from the blood tests, my midwife drew a smiley face on the plaster for me :D :D
