View Full Version : 'X Factor' judges' categories revealed?

X Factor judges Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh have told which singers they have been assigned to manage.

The Mirror has printed details of what it claims are the categories that each judge will be in charge of when the show's 'boot camp' stage begins.

The newspaper reports that Louis Walsh will manage the '16-24 solo' category, Sharon Osbourne will be responsible for the '25 and over solo' singers, while Simon Cowell will mentor the show's groups.

"Originally all the judges really wanted the young group because they seemed to be far and away the most talented," one source revealed. "But then it emerged that the groups all had something really special too.

"It's widely thought that the over-25s will be the hardest to manage so Sharon's really going to have her work cut out for her."

I'm glad Simon is stuck with the groups, because they seemed really rubbish :lol:

Louis is going to ruin the young category if that is true, because he'll get em to sing "like a bridge over troubled water" or some tosh like that!

i think the groups may be the weakest group..but you never know what will come out in boot camp!!!

What we need to remember is that there is going to be a hell of a lot more people through than we have seen.....so there could be alot more talent

Exactly - we could have the next take that or robbie williams in there and not even know about it until after the first few weeks of boot camp

i like the boot capms better than the auditions and the live shows, though they are good

i think there were good singers in each catergory but i think sharon should of had the groups as shes more caring

I think Sharron should have got the toung ones, shes more comforting to them, Louis has turned awful.

But sharon had the young ones last year so that would have looked a bit like a set up if they all got the same as before

Looks like Simon wasn't to impressed, when it showed for next week he didn't look to happy to have the groups.
